If you choose the option with transport from Cordoba, you must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the time indicated on the voucher. If, on the other hand, you decide to go to the site by your own means, wait for the guide at the shuttle bus stop and do not go up to the site on your own.
• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, you are making a request for availability. It is indicated during the payment process. Within a period of less than 72 hours, you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is made in less than 72 hours from the start of the activity, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to charge the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Meeting point

• If you choose the bus option from Cordoba, you must be at the Paseo de la Victoria bus stop (Glorieta Cruz Roja), in front of the Eurostars Palace Hotel, 10-15 minutes before departure time.
• If you decide to go by car, you should be at the site a little before the time indicated on the voucher. You will have to leave your vehicle in the Medina Azahara car park and wait next to the shuttle bus stop. Do not go up to the site alone, you will have to wait for the guide to arrive with the rest of the group from Cordoba.
