Can I bring the tickets in digital format?

Yes, no problem. You can bring them in any digital format.

How can I get to the Mosque and its surroundings?

  • By booking our transfers from your accommodation.
  • By car: there are public and private parking lots nearby.
  • By bus: urban lines 3 and 12, stop “Puerta del Puente”. Cab: stop at C/ Torrijos n. º 6.
  • Walking: towards the historic center.

Punctuality

It is necessary to be at the meeting point about 10 minutes before the visit.

Is the Mosque wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is wheelchair accessible with a specific route.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

Each product has its own policies for changes and cancellations that can be consulted on the product page.

Some establish that once the reservation request has been made, as published on the website and explicitly accepted in several steps during the purchase process, including the last one in which the acceptance of the cancellation policy is marked, neither name, date or time can be changed, nor can the tickets be cancelled, so you are not entitled to any refund. There are no possible exceptions or reasons (COVID, illness, work reasons, trip cancellation, etc…).

Can I take advantage of the right of withdrawal?

No, as stated in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. As indicated in its article 103, regarding the exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

(l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as a dwelling, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

Are there restaurants in the vicinity?

Yes, there are several restaurants, bars and kiosks located in the vicinity of the Mosque where you can eat or buy snacks, soft drinks, pastries, etc.

How far in advance do I have to book tickets?

It is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible since tickets are sold out in a short period of time.

Is there a left-luggage service at the Mosque?

No. There are establishments near the monument that do provide this service.

Is it possible to visit the Mosque with a baby stroller?

The monument is accessible for the visit with a stroller except for the bell tower where for obvious reasons it is not feasible.

Is there parking at the Mosque?

There are several parking options near the monument but they do not depend on the monument and the rates may vary depending on the company.

What days is the Mosque closed?

On December 25th and January 1st the Mosque will be closed all day except for masses.
