-If in cases of force majeure deficiencies arise in the reservations, confirmations of the same, or in the execution of the services or products that are contracted through the website, and without being foreseeable or can be solved by the Agency except as a consequence of negligence attributable to MNPQ GESTORES TURÍSTICOS SL.

-The violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, honor, personal and family privacy and the image of people, belonging to a third party, as a consequence of the transmission, dissemination, storage or provision of access to the website contents.

-Misprints, inaccuracies or errors of any kind, for which reason MNPQ GESTORES TURÍSTICOS SL does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information contained on the website.


Once the User selects a Tourist Service and/or Product on the website, they will be sent to a calendar where they can select the date of completion of the chosen service and/or tourist product. Subsequently, the User may determine the time in which it will be carried out, within the availability offered on the Website; as well as the number of people, differentiating between adults, students and children with different ages.

Reservations are subject to acceptance by My Top Tour; to the availability of the contracted tourist Service and/or Product; as well as compliance and acceptance by the User of these General Conditions and the Use Policies.

To complete the reservation, the User will proceed to complete a form where his name and surname will be requested, as well as an email to send the reservation voucher (hereinafter, “the Voucher”). Also, optionally, you can provide your phone number and comments or observations in this regard.

Once the form is completed and these General Conditions and Use Policies are accepted, the User will be directed to the payment gateway (hereinafter, “the Gateway”).

Once in the Gateway, the User will choose the payment method, according to his convenience, and the verification and authentication of the same will be carried out. Finally, the User will automatically receive a reservation confirmation to the email provided. With the receipt of this confirmation, the binding contract (hereinafter, “the Contract”) will be concluded.

My Top Tour has the right not to accept the reservation in the event that the payment information is not approved, or that any other type of incident related to the General Conditions is detected. When you carry out an operation through our Website we will proceed to send you a confirmation email that will contain the details of the transaction. My Top Tour recommends that the User verify that the details that appear in the confirmation message are correct and keep a copy for their records.

In those Services and/or tourist Products contracted in which there is no availability for the date or time chosen by the User, My Top Tour will take the appropriate steps so that the User can carry it out on another date or another time slot.

Exceptionally, some of the reservations for Tourist Services and/or Products contracted through the My Top Tour Website are not made by using the reservation calendar, but instead require a request for availability through a contact form. Once the request has been formalized, My Top Tour will be the one who will establish direct contact with the User through the data provided by the latter to confirm availability.


As established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the user client may request a refund of the amounts paid:

Failure to show up for a visit or outside the tour start time, as well as not carrying the ID or passport on visits that include Mosque tickets will not give the right to any refund of the amount of the tours purchased.

To request changes or cancellations, you must notify them in writing to the email address:

-Services that include Mosque ticket*:

-Reservations made for products that include a guided visit to the Mosque may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the visit at a cost of 11 euros per person for cancellation or change fees. Reservations canceled or modified less than 48 hours before the start of the visit do not allow changes or cancellations.

-Once the reservation is made, cancellations or modifications are not allowed in the product “Mosque-Cathedral Tickets for free”

-In the case of the product “Mosque-Cathedral for free: tickets with audio guide” the cancellation or modification costs are 15 euros per person up to 48 hours before the visit. Cancellations or modifications after 48 hours before the visit are not allowed.

-If the cancellation occurs because the Mosque does not allow access to visitors due to force majeure, the amount that will be charged to the client will be 11 euros for management.

-Reservations will be confirmed within a maximum period of 72 hours, leaving the full amount blocked pending confirmation or revocation of the reservation, which will depend on the availability of tickets for the requested date. If the reservation is not confirmed, the amount will be unlocked and will be made available to the user again.

-Some products have special cancellation conditions, these are specified on the product page during the reservation process. These revocation conditions will be those that will be applied in said products. In those products where

in which a reservation request is made, the cancellation fees will be applied from the moment the request is made.

Once the period in which you can request the cancellation or change of the service (if any) has elapsed, the client will no longer be able to opt for the right of withdrawal from the contract according to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, is established based on article 103 (referring to exceptions to the right of withdrawal) that:

l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.

In this way, you will be exempted from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above and the cancellation policy to which each product is subject as indicated on the web. The client will assume the cost of the reservation in case of withdrawal.
